Last SOL ever! (slice)

Picture this. A small tub of water that is about a 2*3*10 foot tank. Inside, are small white disks with a four petal flower shape, glowing in the middle. As you reach down to touch it, the thin surface glides away like saran wrap in oil. the small fishing line tentacles glide along with it to the back of the tank. Another parachute floats to the edge, where the process repeats. Your hands are left with a thin layer of slime over them. With a quick shake of the hands, its existence is gone, leaving only its imprint inside your head. The next exhibit has a burgundy and white tentacle in the corner. Off to explore.

Y: The Last Man (book review)

Y: The Last Man is a graphic novel following the story of the last man and his monkey. After a strange disease supposedly takes out every living man besides Yorrik, he is forced to find a cure or risk the end of the human race.

I really liked this book. It combined a unique approach to graphic novels with unique characters and storyline. I would recommend this book for most people. While the language was simple, the storyline was deep enough to stay intriguing throughout the full book.

11th Plague (book review wk 2)

The 11th Plague is a  post apocalyptic book about a young boy who's father is put into a coma. At the beginning of the book, it was an interesting idea, but unfortunately, it developed into a teen romance (which made me not like it).

Overall, this book started out with a lot of potential, but slowly changed to a different book. I would recommend this book to anyone  that likes that kind of reading.
Right now, I'm reading Y the last man

My Computer

A gray block
Containing a screen
It sits on a fan
Lying beside
is a mouse
a controller
and headphones
it's 11:00
